The Tempered glass which is available on the street side are typically normal glass with very little toughening done and expose your phone’s display to breakage.

Panda Glass is the next best overall, In terms of Touch response, and Overall smooth feel, Asahi and Panda Glass both rank the best. Chinese glasses typically have a lag in terms of Touch response and create more smudges as you navigate your phone display.   

Good Quality tempered glass can take an impact of 12-20 Kgs pressure in varying conditions beyond this, the tempered glass typically cracks up, however it does protect the display of the phone from incurring any damage. Chipping on the corners typically happens as the phones feel the worst brunt on the sides of the phone rather than on the centre.

Tempered glass a whole is not dangerous since there are no sharp edges. A good quality tempered glass is not brittle like normal glasses. Firstly, there is no such thing called as a 9d tempered glass. It is only a way to fool customers to get them to buy their product All we have is a 3D tempered glass where the edges of the tempered glass is curved by an angle of 3 degrees and nothing else(sorry, no 3 dimensional effect too). These type of tempered glasses are very costly and are used for phones which have a curved display by design.

To find a rating, you use the pencil test. When a manufacturer claims that their screen is 9h, it means the screen can resist scratches from the hardest pencil.

A 3D tempered glass doesn’t mean it offers a 3 dimensional effect. What it means is that the edges of the tempered glass is curved by an angle of 3 degrees. These tempered glasses are used for phones which have a curved display by design.

First, the product is packed in the packaging box and that box is again packed inside another sturdy Cardboard box so that it withstands pressure.

Normally, our Clear Glass Variant covers only the phone display and is NOT Edge to Edge. Also, Clear Glasses offer enough protection if you already use a back case/cover on your phone.

Our Full Cover tempered glasses offer Edge to Edge Protection, However, even full cover glasses have a 1mm-2mm of gap at the edges of the phone so that it is back cover/case friendly. Why because, if the tempered glasses extend till the very edge of the phone, while removing the back case, it may lead to the chipping of the tempered glasses as well.

In phones which have a curved display, the gap is extended to 2mm on the sides for the same reason as mentioned above.

All our Tempered Glasses are made of Japan Asahi Glass and Panda glasses. These glasses go through a tough manufacturing process where they are tempered at around 350-400 degree celsius for a period of 3-4 hours where as poor quality tempered glasses are tempered at only 150-200 degree celsius for a duration of only about 1 hour.

They also come with a hardness quality of 9H which means they are scratch resistant and can easily withstand falls, and scratches when accidentally touched with knife or keys or any other sharp objects.

All our tempered glasses come with Oleophobic Coating, which means they are coated with a layer of PPG oil which is basically the best anti-fingerprint oil available. This oil also helps in improving the touch sensitivity of the glass and also keeps the smudging of the screen to a bare minimum.

Yes. We do provide an installation kit along with our product.

It contains the following.

1. Alcohol Wipe: For wiping the phone screen before applying the tempered glass

2. Dust sticker: To remove any adamant dust particles still stuck on the screen

3. Alignment Sticker: Used for aligning the tempered glass precisely on the screen.

    Usually stuck on the sides of the phone.

4. Sprig Soft cloth: For cleaning the phone screen post application

In Sprig, we believe that the customer has the right to know about the product he/she is investing in. Firstly, there is no such thing called as a 6D,9D,11D,21D tempered glass. It is only a way for other companies to fool customers to get them to buy their product. All you have is a 3D tempered glass where the edges of the tempered glass is curved by an angle of 3 degrees and nothing else(sorry, no 3 dimensional effect too). These type of 3D tempered glasses in itself are very costly and are used for phones which have a curved display by design. 

Normally, all our tempered glasses come with a 2.5D curved edge.

Yes. Anti Spy/Privacy glasses are available in our online store for select phones.

However, it should be noted that Anti spy tempered glasses by design reduce the brightness of the screen because of the PET film applied on the glass. However, the display quality is unaffected.

They come with a feature where any person viewing your phone from an angle greater than 30 degrees cannot see any content on the screen. They will only see a dark screen thereby preventing them from spying on your phone's content. 

Almost all Sprig tempered glasses are made out of Japan Asahi Glass which is the best in the world. These glasses have the highest transparency of about 95-96%. So there is no real loss of picture quality after applying Sprig tempered glasses.

However, it should be noted that in the case of an Anti-spy/Privacy tempered glass, there is reduction in brightness of the screen by default. But even here, the display quality is not affected.

Proximity sensor comes into play where the screen automatically turns off when the phone is held near the ears during a phone call.

It is important to align your tempered glass by considering the position of the proximity sensor.

To locate the proximity sensor, make a call and put on loud speaker. Hover a small object(Ex: Your finger) around the front camera grille. If the screen goes off, the proximity sensor is working.

To know the exact place of the sensor, try with an even smaller object(Ex: A Pen's nib).

Air bubbles getting trapped while applying a tempered glass is a common issue.

In that case, remove the tempered glass and clean the phone screen with our sprig alcohol wipe and Re-apply the tempered glass.

 If the air bubbles are still visible,use the PRESSURE PAD to slide out the air bubbles.

All you have to do is concentrate the pressure in the place of the air bubble and slide it out using the pad.

Proximity sensor comes into play where the screen automatically turns off when the phone is held near the ears during a phone call.

In case the proximity sensor is not working after the tempered glass is applied, please understand where the sensor is located in your phone.After that, remove the tempered glass and re-align it properly and check.

No. Transparent Tempered Glasses by design do not cover the phone's screen from Edge to Edge. It covers the area of the phone's display and normally extends only around 1mm-2mm beyond the display.

Yes. A medical grade Alcohol Wipe containing 70% Alcohol is provided in all of our Installation Kits for safe cleaning of the Phone Display.

We have noticed a few Samsung Smartphone complaints regarding this particular issue and found out that it is not the tempered glass which is causing the problem, but its the phone's settings.

If your Samsung smartphone is facing the same issue, Go to Settings - Advanced features - Touch Sensitivity - ON.

This should solve your problem regarding touch sensitivity.

Please not that this issue is limited to only few Samsung Phones and not all of them.

White Patch normally appears underneath if there is any moisture trapped inside. Normally, this moisture subsides on its own due to the warmth generated by the screen by one week's time. If still the problem exists, try re-applying the tempered glass by cleaning the phone display and by using the pressure pad to remove the air bubbles. 

If Camera Cut-out is provided for phones which has In-Display Selfie Camera, it will lead to dust accumulation over a period of time and result in poor Selfie camera Output.

As a result, we have stopped issuing glasses with Camera cut-outs and started issuing Glasses which fully cover the screen and which does not affect the camera output.

Normally, one reason why the glue does not stick properly in the edges is because of the Case/Back cover interference. Please check if your phone's back case interferes with the edges of the phone.

Sprig will replace any defective product free of charge (except for packing and shipping charges for the product in certain cases) with an identical Sprig product. If in case your tempered glass is cracked or chipped, it means that the tempered glass has already taken the impact of the force/fall and protected your smartphone's screen. In such cases, no replacement will be provided.

Replacement will be issued only if the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged prior to installation,provided that you communicate the issue to us within 1 month of your purchase.

Following documents are mandatory for faster processing of claim at the time of raising issue.

For Tempered Glass Screen Protectors:

1. 1 Image of the Tempered glass on the Phone highlighting the problem.

2. 1 Image of the Tempered Glass on the Phone with Screen Off

3. Soft Copy of the Order Invoice (if you have purchased from Amazon or Flipkart)

4. Photo of the MRP Label printed on the Product Packaging.

5. In case of Touch Issues, Please attach a 10 second Video detailing the complaint.

For Charging Cables:

1. 1 image of the cable plugged into the phone (with power ON) showing the exact nature of the issue.

2. Soft Copy of the Order Invoice (if you have purchased from Amazon or Flipkart) 

3. Photo of the MRP Label printed on the Product Packaging. 

For Silicone Back Case Covers:

1. 1 image of the back case cover applied on the phone.

2. 1 image of the back case cover showing the exact nature of the issue.

3. Soft Copy of the Order Invoice (if you have purchased from Amazon or Flipkart).

4. Photo of the MRP Label printed on the Product Packaging. 

In case of wrong Product delivery or damage during transit, please expect a solution from us within 1 working day of receiving your complaint provided you have shared all the supporting documents mentioned 

In case of performance related issues, please expect a solution from us within 2 working days of receiving your complaint provided you have shared all the supporting documents mentioned.

In case of shipping delay issues, please wait till the estimated delivery date is breached and then get in touch with us. We will look into the issue and provide a solution within 2 working days provided you have shared all the supporting documents mentioned.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused in delivery if you have ordered our product from Flipkart or Amazon since shipping is entirely taken care by their respective shipping services. You may approach their respective customer care for further assistance.

Due to the existing COVID-19 situation, Cash on delivery(COD) is disabled and deliveries will be delayed by few days beyond the expected date. We are working on it and the inconvenience is deeply regretted. Please bear with us.

If in case you have ordered the product through our website Sprig.store or through Amazon.in, after thorough inspection, we will issue a replacement with in 2 working days.

If you have ordered the product through Flipkart and the 7 day return period is still applicable, please contact the Flipkart customer support. If they don't respond to you within 24 hours, let us know and we will take up the issue.
