Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Sprig.store operated by Jamsticks India Pvt Ltd.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, within 2 to 5 working days. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For one time replacement/ exchange orders are not eligible to return/ exchange/ refund.

Unboxing Video (Mandatory): Please provide an unedited video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside. Exchange or refund requests cannot be processed if the product is used. 

Products purchased during seasonal sales, promotional offers, or campaigns like BOGO are not eligible for return or exchange. We request you to kindly review your order before placing it

Please Note:-Shipping charges is not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Sprig.Store reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Sprig.store is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Sprig.store policy or for any other reason. However, Sprig.store will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
