One month one-time replacement warranty for Product Manufacturing defects/ design defects. Kindly note that the warranty will not be applicable on product breakage due to use as the objective of the tempered glass is to protect the phone display while taking impact and getting broken. For Charging Cables, We provide a 1 Month Hassle Free Warranty subject to terms & conditions. Warranty does not include damage due to normal wear and tear.

15-day One-time replacement warranty on Product Manufacturing defects/ design defects and product damage during shipping. Kindly note that the warranty will not be applicable if the product is used, the warranty request has to be raised within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Please note All Colour/Model replacement requests will not come under warranty purview, Rs 99 will be charged as a Packing & Shipping fee

Sprig will replace any defective product free of charge (except for packing and shipping charges for the product in certain cases) with an identical Sprig product. Customer must address their concerns to our customer service either via our Whatsapp handle @8296592777 or through Email Id: care@sprig.store and ship the item back to Sprig for inspection (If required) prior to issuing replacement.

If in case your tempered glass is cracked or chipped, it means that the tempered glass has already taken the impact of the force/fall and protected your smartphone's screen. In such cases, no replacement will be provided.

 

Replacement will be issued only if the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged prior to installation,provided that you communicate the issue to us within 1 month of your purchase. 

Do note that we will not be able to honor the replacement warranty if the adhesive sticker/pad behind the tempered glass has been removed or tampered with.

To process warranty, the customer must address their concerns by explaining the nature of the issue by contacting us either through our Whatsapp handle @ 8296592777 or by writing to our email at care@sprig.store, Please allow us 1 Working day to revert on the same.

Following documents are mandatory for faster processing of claim at the time of raising issue.

For Tempered Glass Screen Protectors:

1. 1 Image of the Tempered glass on the Phone highlighting the problem.

2. 1 Image of the Tempered Glass on the Phone with Screen Off

3. Soft Copy of the Order Invoice (if you have purchased from Amazon or Flipkart)

4. Photo of the MRP Label printed on the Product Packaging.

5. In case of Touch Issues, Please attach a 10 second Video detailing the complaint.

For Charging Cables:

1. 1 image of the cable plugged into the phone (with power ON) showing the exact nature of the issue.

2. Soft Copy of the Order Invoice (if you have purchased from Amazon or Flipkart) 

3. Photo of the MRP Label printed on the Product Packaging. 

For Silicone Back Case Covers:

1. 1 image of the back case cover applied on the phone.

2. 1 image of the back case cover showing the exact nature of the issue.

3. Soft Copy of the Order Invoice (if you have purchased from Amazon or Flipkart).

4. Photo of the MRP Label printed on the Product Packaging. 

In case of wrong Product delivery or damage during transit, please expect a solution from us within1 working dayof receiving your complaint provided you have shared all the supporting documents mentioned 

In case of performance related issues, please expect a solution from us within2 working daysof receiving your complaint provided you have shared all the supporting documents mentioned.


In case of shipping delay issues, please wait till the estimated delivery date is breached and then get in touch with us. We will look into the issue and provide a solution within2 working daysprovided you have shared all the supporting documents mentioned.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused in delivery if you have ordered our product from Flipkart or Amazon since shipping is entirely taken care by their respective shipping services. You may approach their respective customer care for further assistance.

3. Soft Copy of the Order Invoice (if you have bought it from Flipkart or Amazon).

4. Photo of the MRP Label printed behind the Product Packaging.

If in case you have ordered the product through our website Sprig.store or through Amazon.in, after thorough inspection, we will issue a replacement with in 2 working days.

If you have ordered the product through Flipkart and the 7 day return period is still applicable, please contact the Flipkart customer support. If they don't respond to you within 24 hours, let us know and we will take up the issue.
