Only unopened, unused products are eligible for change-of-mind returns (if accepted by platform). If your Motorola case or tempered glass arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Just share your order details and photo/video proof within 7 days of delivery. Return approval is subject to inspection and marketplace policies.

One month one-time replacement warranty for Product Manufacturing defects/ design defects. Kindly note that the warranty will not be applicable on product breakage due to use as the objective of the tempered glass is to protect the phone display while taking impact and getting broken. For shipping-related damages, Kindly get in touch with us via WhatsApp with the product images without removing the adhesive sticker.

15-day One-time replacement warranty on Product Manufacturing defects/ design defects and product damage during shipping. Kindly note that the warranty will not be applicable if the product is used, the warranty request has to be raised within 24 hours of receipt of the product.  

For Sprig GaN Charger

Sprig GaN Charger comes with a 12-month warranty, Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues like port or charging malfunctions. It excludes physical damage, unauthorized repairs, misuse, and cosmetic wear that doesn't affect functionality.

For Charging Cables

Sprig Charging Cable comes with a 3-month warranty, Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues like charging malfunctions. It excludes physical damage, unauthorized repairs, misuse, and cosmetic wear that doesn't affect functionality.
