15-day One-time replacement warranty on Product Manufacturing defects/ design defects and product damage during shipping. Kindly note that the warranty will not be applicable if the product is used, the warranty request has to be raised within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
For Tempered Glass
15-day one-time replacement warranty for Product Manufacturing defects/ design defects. Kindly note that the warranty will not be applicable on product breakage due to use as the objective of the tempered glass is to protect the phone display while taking impact and getting broken. For shipping-related damages, Kindly get in touch with us via WhatsApp with the product images without removing the adhesive sticker.

Model/Color change for Back Cover
7-day One-time exchange on Model/Color, if customer ordered wrong model/not happy with product color and the same need to be reported to Customer Support. Request has to be raised within 7 days of receipt of the product.
We will align the Reverse pickup for your product and once we receive the product, we will send it to our QC team. They will check and confirm if the product has been used or not. If it is a used product, we will return the same to you. If it is not a used product, we will process the exchange within 24 hours of receipt of the same.
